Pre-launch website
This website is operated by Maruf Drinks Limited. Our products are in development. Registration is free and is not a purchase, pre-order, reservation of stock or contract to supply drinks. We do not request payment details for registration.
Pack reservations
Pack reservation requests are non-binding expressions of interest, available independently of First 500 membership. We collect no payment and create no confirmed order or stock entitlement. When production is ready, we will contact you with availability, the stated pack price excluding delivery and shipping, and the total payable. An order will proceed only after you expressly confirm it. You may change or withdraw your reservation by emailing info@marufdrinks.com. Reservations do not guarantee priority, stock or a delivery date. First 500 feedback will inform our launch priorities.
First 500
Membership is by application, reviewed for genuine interest and willingness to participate through feedback, venue introductions, content or community involvement. All applications remain pending until a founder personally reviews them and makes the final acceptance decision. We consider genuine interest, the proposed contribution and willingness to participate, and may request more information, offer a waiting-list place or decline an application. One place per person and email address. Automated, abusive or duplicate applications may be excluded. Submission, email verification, receipt of updates and any automated acknowledgement do not constitute acceptance. We confirm acceptance separately by email. Marketing consent is optional and does not determine eligibility. Accepted members receive access to discounted drinks and community event invitations, subject to availability and location; no free samples, event place or stock are guaranteed. Selected future-flavour tasters may receive complimentary tasting drinks in return for honest feedback, subject to invitation, availability and delivery area. A positive review or public post is not required. Any separately agreed promotional content must disclose gifted drinks or paid commission where required. Referral commission is available only to separately approved partners under a separate agreement defining qualifying paid sales, attribution, refunds, rates and payment terms. No earnings are guaranteed.
Product and pricing information
Development imagery is illustrative. Final packaging, recipes, availability and launch dates may change. All prices exclude delivery and shipping. These charges and the total payable will be confirmed before an order is accepted. A reservation is not an offer to sell or a confirmed order. Final ingredients, allergens, nutrition, prices and delivery terms will be supplied before orders open.
Venue recommendations
Venue recommendations are reviewed manually. We use your private email to check duplicates and contact you about your recommendation. With your permission, we may publish your ratings and recommendation anonymously. We do not publish your email. Please disclose business or promotional connections and do not include other people’s personal information. One genuine recommendation per person per venue contributes to the published score. We may exclude spam, duplicates, abusive or unverifiable submissions. Ratings are community opinions, not a Ma’rūf inspection or endorsement. The overall score is the equally weighted average of the five category scores across included recommendations for each venue. Rankings become eligible for publication after at least 10 genuine recommendations have been reviewed overall; publication and updates require moderation. A recommendation does not promise a launch appearance. To request a correction or withdrawal, email info@marufdrinks.com.
Enquiries and website use
Trade enquiries do not create a supply agreement or exclusivity. Please provide accurate information and do not submit unlawful content or misuse the website. Ma’rūf branding and website content may not be reused commercially without permission.
Your rights and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Scots law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable where you live. Contact info@marufdrinks.com.
